Welcome to Hole Zero ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our golf booking platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Definitions

• "User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, including golfers booking tee times.
• "Organisation" means a golf club, course, or facility that uses the Platform to manage bookings.
• "Booking" means a reservation for a tee time made through the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To make a booking, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on the Platform are set by the relevant Organisation and may include applicable taxes and fees. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By submitting a payment, you authorise us to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each Organisation. Please review the specific policy of the golf course at the time of booking. Hole Zero acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for refund decisions made by Organisations.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Make bookings with no intention of attending ("no-shows").

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Hole Zero. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hole Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the booking giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
